Sellers PR, Account Manager Role – Maternity Leave cover but with potential for permanent position

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Account Manager to work across a portfolio of household brands. The ideal applicant will be passionate about traditional and digital communication, full of ideas, with a can-do attitude and always wanting to go the extra mile. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Creating engaging content schedules for social media 
  • Developing organic and paid for high impact social media campaigns 
  • On brand influencer outreach programmes that drive awareness and sales 
  • Compelling copy writing including press releases, blog posts, award entries, expert commentary, case studies, profiles, newsletters 
  • Liaising with media on features and sales driving product placement 
  • Research, planning and executing first class events 
  • Working closely with clients and the team to plan and implement PR strategy 
  • Updating clients 
  • Conceiving and developing news stories and collaborations 
  • New business development including pitches 

About You:  

You will have at least five years PR and content experience ideally with lifestyle and interior brands along with:

  • Strong examples of traditional and digital campaigns that delivered outstanding results 
  • A degree in PR/Communications/journalism but not essential 
  • Superb writing and pitching abilities 
  • A passion for digital communication 
  • Excellent media and influencer contacts 
  • First class communication and presentation skills 
  • A curious and creative mind that is full of ideas and enthusiasm to keep learning
  • The ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
  • You are self-motivated and accept 100% responsibility for your actions and accounts
  • Organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident and competent at Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics
  • An understanding of SEO and digital analytics for reporting purposes

Remuneration

  • Salary depending on experience - to be discussed
  • Bonus dependent on company and individual performance
